PA officer retires one day after being charged in fatal shooting of N.J. college student, lawyer says
NJ.com featured attorney Ken Fulginiti in its coverage of developments following the fatal police shooting of 22-year-old New Jersey college student Glenwood “Bubba” Pysher in Upper Pottsgrove, Pennsylvania.
