Casely Wireless Portable Power Banks (Fire & Burn Hazard)

Issue: The lithium-ion battery inside the power bank can overheat and ignite during use or charging.
Hazard: Fire and burn risks, including a reported fatality following the initial 2025 recall.
Recall/Alert: U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission reannounced recall issued May 2026 after continued incidents.
Remedy: Stop using immediately. Contact the manufacturer for refund or replacement instructions.

ATOYUS Children’s Activity Cubes (Choking Hazard)

Issue: Small parts can detach from the toy, violating the federal small parts ban for children’s products.
Hazard: Choking risk that can lead to serious injury or death, particularly in infants and toddlers.
Recall/Alert: CPSC recall issued May 2026 for products sold on Amazon by Melofaver US.
Remedy: Remove from children’s access immediately and contact the seller for refund information.

Agiiman Pressure Washers (Shock & Electrocution Hazard)

Issue: Electrical components can fail, exposing users to live current during operation.
Hazard: Risk of serious injury or death from electric shock or electrocution, especially in wet outdoor environments.
