Nexgrill Metal Wire Bristle Grill Brushes (Ingestion Hazard)

Issue: Metal wire bristles can detach from the grill brush and remain on cooking grates or food.
Hazard: Ingested bristles can puncture the throat, stomach, or intestines, leading to internal bleeding, infection, and emergency surgery.
Recall/Alert: U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission recall issued April 2026 covering more than 10.2 million grill brushes sold at The Home Depot.
Remedy: Stop using immediately. Contact the manufacturer for refund information.

Vive Health Adult Portable Bed Rails (Entrapment & Asphyxiation Hazard)

Issue: Gaps between the mattress and bed rail can create dangerous entrapment zones.
Hazard: Entrapment and asphyxiation risks, particularly for older adults or individuals with mobility impairments; two deaths have been reported.
Recall/Alert: CPSC recall issued April 2026 due to violations of mandatory federal safety standards.
Remedy: Discontinue use immediately and contact the manufacturer for refund or replacement guidance.

AirClub Convertible Bassinets (Fall & Suffocation Hazard)

Issue: The bassinets can become unstable or allow unsafe positioning that violates federal safety standards for bedside sleepers.
Hazard: Infants can fall or become trapped, creating a risk of serious injury or suffocation.
Recall/Alert: CPSC recall issued April 2026 for noncompliance with mandatory safety standards.
Remedy: Stop using immediately and contact the manufacturer or retailer for refund instructions.

DuraTrac Stainless Steel Gas Connectors (Fire Hazard)

Issue: Gas connectors can leak or fail, allowing gas to escape.
Hazard: Escaping gas can ignite, leading to fires, explosions, serious burn injuries, or death.
Recall/Alert: CPSC recall issued April 2026.
Remedy: Stop use immediately and contact the manufacturer for replacement or repair instructions.

FUNTOK Ride-On Toy Trucks (Fire & Burn Hazard)

Issue: The battery system can overheat or malfunction during use or charging.
Hazard: Fire and burn risks, particularly dangerous in homes, garages, or near children.
Recall/Alert: CPSC recall issued April 2026 involving products imported by Shenzhen Luobei Trading.
Remedy: Stop using immediately and contact the seller or manufacturer for refund information.
